Delia Leung
Delia Leung is a Dharma Yoga teacher, Nike Yoga Trainer/ Representative, creator of Yoga Studio One O Eight HK, and creator of MindfulMovementHK, a mindfulness practice platform in Hong Kong. Coupled with 16 years of extensive practice as a ballerina, she primarily studies and received teacher trainings with Sri Dharma Mittra (1000hrs), Sri Andrei Ram (200hrs), and Dr. Paul Dallaghan (Advanced Pranayama 100hrs).
Delia has been a returning guest teacher in numerous international yoga conferences, Buddhist monasteries and was featured in Yoga Journal and its workshops. She also has led yoga teacher trainings, retreats and workshops worldwide.
Delia gained a BSc Psychology at University College London, and earned her Master of Buddhist Studies degree at The University of HK. Witnessing one’s physical, mental and spiritual transformation is her greatest motivation in her offering and she welcomes everyone to join her on the mat with an open heart and mind.

Yoga
David Lee
David Lee is a dedicated yoga teacher with a passion for helping students connect with their bodies, minds, and spirits. Throughout the past 15 years, he has actively pursued crossfit training, rock climbing, road cycling, mountain biking, trail running, and endurance fitness racing, such as participating in "Spartans," a crossfit competition, and the Standard Chartered Marathon.
In addition to his formal training, David has continued to deepen his knowledge and understanding of yoga through attending overseas yoga workshops and mindfulness retreats. These experiences have given David a unique perspective on the practice and an appreciation for the diverse ways in which yoga can positively impact one's life.
In the past few years, David has had the opportunity to share his expertise with a range of students in a number of different yoga studios, including both group classes and private sessions. David’s compassionate and attentive approach has helped students of all levels to develop their practice, build strength and flexibility, and reduce stress and anxiety.

PC Lam
PC Lam Cheong is a passionate and experienced osteopath with extensive skills in his specialty of trauma release. His Liquid Osteopathy and Brain & Spinal Cord Therapy approaches are unique in Hong Kong. The healing paradigm Cheong envisions is empowered by his enthusiasm for embodiment. He also develops and teaches courses in Osteopathy Discovery, Lymph Drainage Self Help and Advanced Somatics to enlighten people with cutting-edge healing concepts. And on a regular basis, Cheong offers treatment to the underprivileged.

Kelly Wong
Kelly Wong embarked on her yoga journey over a decade ago when she attended her first yoga class. It quickly became apparent to her that yoga, with its multidimensional nature offered much more than just a physical workout. Over time, she also delved into various disciplines and became trained in for instance the arts of the 13 Moon Calendar, Human Design, Oracle card reading, Reiki, Chakra and Aura healing, Magnified Healing, and sound healing.
As an arts graduate in the University of Arts London, Kelly has always been creative and expressive throughout her life. She sees yoga as an art form, and her goal in yoga sharing is to inspire her students on their own journey of self-expression and realisation, to explore the essence of living with creative ideas.
Meanwhile, Kelly's sound healing sessions have also gained recognition and have been featured in various organizations on a regular basis. She is eager to share her expertise and creative flair with different projects, providing clients with engaging, in-depth, and insightful content that resonates with a wide range of audiences.
With five years of teaching overall, Kelly is passionate about integrating her expert knowledge of yoga, sound healing and other metaphysical subjects with a holistic teaching approach. Her focus is also on promoting an artistic sense of well-being, expanded awareness, and access to inner visionary experiences for her students.

Cherrie Chung
Cherrie Chung is a Counseling Psychotherapist with over 12 years of experience in the field of counselling and mental health. Clinically, she works with adult individuals and couples in her private practice using an integrative approach to therapy.
She balances her clinical work with workshops and trainings as a lively and effective way to raise awarenessand build helpful skills on mental health and wellbeing within organizations including businesses, schools, and NGOs. She believes in the power of the collective in developing powerful shifts within individuals as well as communities.
Cherrie received her Masters in Mental Health and Behavioral Medicine from Boston University's School of Medicine. She has a Specialization Certificate in Couples Counseling from the Couples Institute and is also trained in EMDR therapy.
